Q. Do you make special trips out to individual departments or stations for fittings?

A. Yes, if there is a large enough interest we will come directly to your station/office and do fittings on site. Please call us to schedule an appointment.

Q. Is there a guarantee on your vests?

A. Yes, we offer a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship of the vest.

Q. How do I place a vest order?

A. Go to How To Order to select your agency for the appropriate order forms, or you can download the forms on your desired vest type's page. If you are with a different agency not listed, or you aren't sure which order form to use, please email us or call us and we will be happy to help you.

Q. What form of payment is accepted?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Personal/Business Checks.

Q. Do you have a retail store?

A. Yes, you may visit our store in Mentone, CA.

Q. What is the time frame from order placement to delivery?

A. Vest covers are manufactured to fit the individual. Turn around time after receiving an order can vary, but generally runs 4 to 6 weeks. We will let you know the current lead time when you place your order.

Q. Where do I mail my payment?

A. Please send all payments to our mailing address: BPS Tactical, PO Box 868, Mentone, CA 92359.

Q. If I am a local customer will I still need to pay for shipping?

A. You are more than welcome to come to the office to pick up your order at your convenience. Please notify us when placing your order and we will waive the shipping fee.

Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

A. Yes, we currently ship to APO and FPO addresses.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we currently ship to international addresses.

Q. Do you offer gift certificates?

Q. Will I be charged Sales Tax?

A. All sales made within California are subject to sales tax. If you are a tax exempt government agency please contact us with your Tax ID number so we can remove the sales tax from your order.

Q. How can I make a change to an existing order?

A. If we have already taken your measurements and drawn out your specific vest, please contact us immediately to communicate changes to your vest.

Q. What shipping options do you offer?

A. We currently ship all vests via UPS and USPS. If you would like tracking updates, let us know at the time of order and provide your email address.
