Start by inserting the back panel of your ballistic into your tactical cover. Fold up shirt tail and elastic waist strap. Feed shoulder straps up through the shoulder tunnel where they will connect with the velcro at shoulders on your front ballistic cover.

Once the back ballistic panel is completely inserted with the shoulder straps placed in the shoulder tunnel, smooth out ballistic, and then close the back panel of the tactical vest.
